Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence factors of shivering during cesarean section and to provide a theoretical ba-sis for clinical prevention and treatment of cesarean operation of chills. Methods:Prospective case control study have been used. 600 cases pregnant women of ASA I,II level who had cesarean section in hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were investigated, the data collected by the questionnaire survey. According to whether the shivering in cesarean section were divided into case group and control group. Using EpiData 3. 0 to establish database, and inputting valid data 2 times. The process and data was analyzed by SPSS 19. 0 software. To compare the impact of basic demographic data, psychology, sociology and other factors for maternity patient. Results:The rate of shivering was 61. 13%(357 / 584). Unconditional Logistic analysis results showed that:Age over 30 years old(OR = 2. 009,95% CI:1. 610 ~ 4. 863),nervous(OR = 4. 304,95% CI:1. 635 ~ 6. 341), fear(OR = 5. 162,95% CI:2. 505 ~ 7. 040),conjugal relations was bad(OR = 2. 903,95% CI:1. 064 ~ 4. 133),un - acquin-tance the cesarean delivery(OR = 3. 058,95% CI:2. 142 ~ 6. 001)were the risk factors for shivering(OR > 1). But multipara (OR = 0. 611,95% CI:0. 240 ~ 0. 934)was the protective factor for shivering(OR < 1). Conclusion:To establish a harmonious conjugal relations, and provide health education and psychological counseling for puerperal(especially the multipara over the 30 years old)before cesarean section, for reducing the nervous and fear, can reduce the incidence rate of shivering.
