Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical significance of serum pepsinogen I(PGI)and pepsinⅡ(PGⅡ)concentration and PGI/ PGⅡ ratio(PGR)in gastric cancer, gastriculcer and chronic superficial gastritis. Methods:The serum concentations of PGI and PGⅡ were detected with time - resolved fluorescence immunoassay, and calculated the ratio. Results:Gastric cancer is compared to gastric ulcer, chronic superficial gastritis and the control group, significantly lower about serum PGI and PGR lev-el;PGⅡin Gastric cancer, gastric ulcer and chronic superficial gastritis is higher than the control group. In terms of PGI and PG Ⅱ positive detection rate, gastric cancer group showed the highest. Conclusion:The determination of serum PGI,PG Ⅱ and PGR for diagnosis and identification of stomach disease has certain clinical significance, especially the clinical screening of the gastric cancer improve the early diagnostic rate.
