The clinical application value of low field MRI in waist(leg)pain in patients

Abstract：Objective:To study the patients with low back pain or leg pain MRI performance of low field MRI equipment, provide reference for the clinical. Methods:All 120 cases of patients with low back pain or leg pain for low field MRI and doub-le row spiral CT examination and were retrospectively analyzed. Results:MRI showed bulging disc on 118 cases,118 cases of intervertebral disc degeneration,lumbar degeneration in 115 cases,lumbar olisthe 12 patients,8 cases of cervical stenosis,end plate 8 cases ,2 cases of intra - spinal canal tumor ,lumbar tumor in 4 cases ,7 cases of femoral head pathological changes ,8 cases of sacral canal cyst,9 cases of chronic injury of soft tissue in the small of your back. CT showed bulging discon 118 ca-ses,25 cases of intervertebral disc degeneration,lumbar degeneration in 115 cases,lumbar olisthe 12 cases,8 cases of cervical stenosis. Conclusion:Lumbar disk disease is a major cause of waist and leg pain,low field MRI is superior to double row spiral CT,the low field MRI to clear the cause of lumbocrural pain,have important guiding significance to the clinical diagnosis and therapy.
