Abstract:Objective:To explore the road after debridement and fusion disadvantages in the treatment of spinal tuberculo-sis for clinical guidance. Methods:From January 2007 to June 2015 in hospital were treated 46 patients with spinal tuberculo-sis,respectively anterior and posterior debridement, bone grafting and internal fixationinterbody treatment were compared intrao-perative conditions, neurologic defect recovery andpostoperative improvement cobb angle. Results:Anterior operative timeand blood loss were significantly higher than the posterior group(P ﹤ 0. 05),where as there was no significant difference in hospi-talization costs(P ﹥ 0. 05);both groups before and after cobb angle and fusion rate has no significant difference P ﹥ 0. 05), both groups before and after neurologic impairment rating has no significant difference. Conclusion:Posterior fusion joint de-bridement and internal fixation of spinaltuberculosis can provide the same effect anterior and anatomical approach is relativel-ysimple,less invasive,is worthy of clinical application.
