Abstract：Objective:To study and analyze the emergency therapeutic effect study on different dose of Xuebijing for spe-sis. Methods:Ninety cases of sepsis were included in the study. The visiting time was from September 2012 and July 2015,ob-tain the consent of the patients and their families,90 patients divided into three groups randomly,namely group A,group B and group C,the number of cases in each group were 30 cases,three groups of patients were given conventional treatment,based on this,a group with small dose plus Xuebijing injection,group B with dose plus Xuebijing injection,group C with large dose plus Xuebijing. To compare and analyze three groups of patients treatment effect. Results:Group A and group B compared to the temperature of patients in group C,heart rate(HR),C - reactive protein(CRP),breathing rate(RR),procalcitonin(PCT), white blood cell(WBC),and interleukin - 18(IL - 18)after treatment to improve the situation more excellent,data was com-pared between the two groups were significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment of sepsis by high dose use Xuebijing can effectively improve patients with inflammatory reaction and prognosis.
