Clinical application of the new technology of zcorrection of congenital heart malformations in opera-tion

Abstract：Objective:To explore the improvement of congenital heart malformation correction surgery technique,and com-pared with the traditional methods of clinical application. Methods:All 106 cases of congenital heart malformation patients methods during 2013 - 2015,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group in the operation of repair material cutting,hemostasis,closed chest etc. According to the technical improvement,control group used the traditional operation method. The operation index and complications of two groups were analyzed. Results:The indications for surgery in the experimental group in the operation time,aortic cross clamp time,cardiopulmonary bypass time,mechanical aux-iliary time,operation after hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The postoperative mediastinal drainage,total transport volume were less than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The experimental group in the postoperative complication rate and total complication occurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:This study is to investigate the correction of congenital heart malformations improved surgical technique can effectively improve the quality of surgery and pa-tients’ quality of life,and is safe and feasible,the patient recovered quickly.
