Bioinformatics analysis of thyroid cancer - related genes

Abstract：Objective:Analysis the number of gene by paper reported,gene mutation frequency in the COSMIC,different expression of the genes and protein interactions associated with thyroid cancer,to evaluate the important degree to thyroid. Methods:Searching the literature about thyroid cancer,searching the gene mutation frequency of the thyroid cancer in the COS-MIC database,calculating the different expression gene in the literature on the thyroid cancer data and the proteins interaction number,which is used to calculate the concerned index. Results:Total 382 thyroid cancer important genes are find,including 282 genes have not been reported in the literature. Conclusion:Analysis of thyroid cancer - related genes can find new genes, which plays a very important role in thyroid cancer.
