Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of fibrinolytic, anticoagulant and antiplatelet drug in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods:All 126 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into three groups. On the basis of conventional therapy of anti - platelet aggregation, combination intravenous drip of fibrinolytic in defi-bringen group for 7 d,combination subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin in anti - freezing group for 7 d,aspirin 100 mg orally 7 d in anti - gather group. After all patients in three group were given anti - platelet aggregation therapy for 14 d. Re-sults:Compared with before treatment, the differences of national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)in three groups at 7 and 14 days were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05),defibringen group and anti - freezing group, was better than the anti -gather group. The total effective rate of the defibringen group was 90. 47% in 14th,anti - freezing group was 87. 18% ,there was no significient difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate of the anti - gather group was 68. 89% . The rate of hemor-rhagic transformation of anti - freezing group is significant higher than the other two groups. The progress of the Barthelindex of ADL in defibringen group and anti - freezing group was better than anti - gather group on 90th. Conclusion:Fibrinolytic should be regarde as an effective and safety medication in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
