Influence on the immune function for children diarrhea by bifid triple viable tablet combine with dictahedral smectite powder

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence on the immune function for children diarrhea by bifid triple viable tablet combine with dictahedral smectite powder. Methods:All 91 cases of patients with children diarrhea were divided into experi-ment group(46 cases)and control group(45 cases). The control group were treated by dictahedral smectite powder,on the pa-tients with control group ,the experiment group were treated by bifid triple viable tablet . Results :The total effective rate ( 95 . 65 % )andcure rate( 65 . 22 % )for the experiment group were higher than the control group( 80 . 00 % and42 . 22 % ) (P ﹤ 0. 05). The heat fading away time,vomiting relief time,abdominal pain relief time,defecate normal time,feces regular back to normal for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The levels of IgA,IgG,CD4 / CD8 after <br> treatment for the experiment group were higher than the control group and before treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05). The levels of IgA,IgG, CD4 / CD8 after treatment for the control group were higher than before treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:It has good clinical effects for the children diarrhea by bifid triple viable tablet combine with dictahedral smectite powder,it can shortening the symptom disappearance time,improve the immune function.
