Report 1 case of testis non -hodgkin’s lymphoma pathologic diagnosis and differential diagnosis characteristic(attached to the related literature review)

Abstract：Objective:Toreport1caseoftestisnon-hodgkin’slymphoma,studythediseasepathology,diagnosisanddif-ferential diagnosis. Methods:To improve the patients clinical data,describe the pathological features in optical microscope,the auxiliary characteristic immunohistochemical markers detection,after reviewing relevant literature to make clinical pathological diagnosis. Results:The patient outpatient service intended to right orchitis admitted,unilateral testicular full cut,postoperative pathological diagnosis,according to the microscopic features and immunohistochemical markers,a diagnosis of testis non -hodgkin’s lymphoma,diffuse large B cell type. Conclusion:Testis non-hodgkin’s lymphoma,diffuse large B cell type in clinic is rare,the prognosis is poor,easy misdiagnosis.
