The clinical study on carboprost tromethamine injection for prevention of high - risk pregnancy postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective:Toanalyzetheeffectofcarboprosttromethamineinjectioninthepreventionofpostpartumhemor-rhage. Methods:All 365 cases were divided into control group(182 cases)and the observation group(183 cases),patients in control group were treated by oxytocin,patients were gived 10 U oxytocin intravenous drip,then injected 250 μg carboprost tromethamine injection in buttocks. To observe the amount of bleeding and untoward effect,compare the application effect. Re-sults:The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group after 24 hours,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Compared to the carboprost tromethamine injection and oxytocin injection and significant in promoting the role of uterine contraction,for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage has a good effect.
