The correlational research on serum TNF alpha in patients with severe burns and lactic acid con-tent,insulin resistance and insulin secretion index change

Abstract：Objective:Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweentumornecrosisfactorplasma(TNFα)andinsulinresistance index,insulin secretion index and lactate content in severely burned patients. Methods:During the period from January 2013 to January 2015,the hospital treated 68 cases of severe burn patients,including 36 cases of general burns,as the group I,32 cases of burn and the insufficiency,as the group II,another 36 cases of healthy persons as a group,the three groups of patients insulin and lactate were measured. The test result was evaluated. Results:Single factor analysis showed that patients with TNFα,insulin resistance index,lactic acid level increased with the increase of patients with disease,insulin secretion index decreased with the increase of patients with disease,multiple factors analysis showed that the level of TNFαin patients with burn patients with in-sulin resistance index and lactic acid level is proportional to the ratio of insulin secretion index. Conclusion:TNFαis an impor-tant index to judge the function of insulin resistance and insulin secretion in patients with burn,and it plays an important role in the insulin resistance and insulin resistance.
