Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of preemptive analgesia with Dezocine for postoperative analgesia effect, anesthesia recovery and general anesthetics dosage in patients undergoing surgeries on lumbar vertebra. Methods:Thirty ASAⅠ~Ⅱpatients undergoing elective surgeries on lumbar vertebra were randomly divided into preemptive analgesia with dezocine group(D,n=15),control group(C,n=15). Patients in preemptive analgesia with dezocine group were gived dezocine 0. 2 mg/ Kg before incision, saline in control group. visual analogue scale( vAS)and Ramesy scores were observed. The operative time, dosage of propofo and remifentanil were recorded. States of recovery were evaluted by Steward scores. Results:The differ-ence of vAS difference and the dosage of propofol and remifentanil between the two groups was statistically significant( P ﹤0. 05),dezocine preemptive analgesia group was superior than the control group. fully awaKe anesthesia required time,Ramesy score, the difference was not statistically significant( P ﹥0. 05 ). There was no significant change in time of recovery and Ramesy scores between control group and preemptive analgesia with dezocine group(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion:Preemptive anal-gesia with dezocine effectively relieved postoperative pain in patients undergoing surgeries on lumbar vertebra, decreased gener-al anesthetic dosage, without adverse effects for awaKe anesthesia.
