Observation on the curative effect and safety of percutaneous suction excision of benign breast mas-ses with 3 D ultrasound guided mammotome rotary cutting system

Abstract：Objective:To study the curative effect and safety of percutaneous suction excision of benign breast masses with three dimensional(3D)ultrasound guided mammotome rotary cutting system. Methods:All 112 cases of female patients with breast benign masses treated in hospital from May 2013 to July 2014 were selected. The observation group was treated with per-cutaneous suction excision with 3D ultrasound guided mammotome rotary cutting system while the control group was treated with traditional surgical excision. The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,scar length,incision healing time and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,scar length and incision healing time of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P﹤0. 05). The incidence of complica-tions in the observation group(17. 9%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(67. 9%)(P﹤0. 05). Conclu-sion:Percutaneous suction excision of benign breast masses with 3D ultrasound guided mammotome rotary cutting system is of good curative effect,with high safety.
