Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of intravenous injection of recombinant human B type natriuretic peptide on circulating hormone in acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure. Methods:Sixty-two cases of AMI-HF pa-tients as the research object from June 2013 to 2014 June in our hospital, they were randomly divided into the control group (31 cases)and study group(31 cases)according to the order of admission will, the control group were treated with intravenous injection of nitroglycerin( NIT)treatment, the study group were treated with intravenous injection of rhBNP treatment, the re-lated circulation endocrine hormone levels were compared between the two groups, and to observe the drug adverse reactions during and events of two groups. Results:Before treatment, the epinephrine( E),norepinephrine( NE),plasma renin activity ( PRA ),vascular tension angiotensinⅡ( ANGⅡ)and aldosterone Ald level of two groups were no statistical significance (P﹥0. 05). After treatment 6 h,the above index were significantly lower of study group, with statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). Although the above indicators of control group had a downward trend, but did not change significantly, the group in contrast with no statistical significance(P﹥0. 05). After 24 h treatment, the above indexes were significantly decreased of two groups, with statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). After the discontinuation of 6 h,the E,NE levels of control group were still significant-ly lower than before treatment, but PRA,AngⅡand Ald. level compared with no statistical significance(P﹥0. 05). After the discontinuation of 6 h,the above index of study group were significantly lower than before treatment, and E,PRA,Ang Ⅱ and Ald. level were significantly lower than control group(P﹤0. 05). During the treatment, compared with the control group, the headache, abdominal distension, nausea, hypotension rate of study group had no significant difference(P﹥0. 05). The patients were followed up for 6 months, compared with the control group, the room sex of the heart arrhythmia, mace and death incidence rate had no significant difference(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion:rhBNP can regulate the endocrine hormone levels in patients with AMI-HF,and then improve the cardiac function.
