Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical pathological characteristics of classic dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans( DF-SP)and discuss characteristics and differential diagnosis about other types of DFSP and soft tissue tumors. Methods:To analyze clinical features pathological histology features and immunohistochemical markers of collected 11 cases with classic DFSP,and review the literatures. Results:The lesions of classic DFSP located in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues, the invasive growth, tumor cells are arranged characteristic storiform or cartwheel,CD34 and Vimentin are diffuse positive, but S-100 and SMA are all negative. Concluion:The classic DFSP is typical and the immunohistochemical is relatively specific, but sometimes easily confused with other fibrous tissue cell soft tissue tumor, microscopically should identify its histological characteristics, using im-munohistochemical detection means, can clear the diagnosis of the classic DFSP.
