The clinical evaluation of CK - MB peak value on cardiac function after myocardial infarction
LIAN Run-qing
Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between creatine kinase - MB(CK - MB)peak and cardiac function af-ter myocardial infarction. Methods:All 78 patients in acute myocardial infarction within 6 hours with acute anterior ST segment elevation from February 2010 to September 2014 were recruited. According to the peak value of CK - MB,subjects were divid-ed into three groups. Group A:CK - MB≥200 U/ L,group B:75 U/ L≤ CK - MB ﹤ 200 U/ L,Group C ﹤ 75 U/ L. subjects were post - discharge for 3 months, heart function were assessed, and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)values were measured and six minutes walk test was used in three groups, analyzing the relationship between CK - MB peak and heart func-tion. Results:LVEF in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,and LVEF in group B was lower than that in group C. 6 minutes walking distance was significantly shortened with CK - MB peak increase ,there was statistical significance( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion:CK - MB peak value can predict the heart function after myocardial infarction.
