CT performance of primary gastrointestinal lymphoma

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the analysis of CT performance of primary gastrointestinal lymphoma,to raise aware-ness and diagnostic accuracy. Methods:From January 2010 to January 2015 in hospital,the CT performance of 7 cases patho-logically confirmed primary gastrointestinal lymphoma were retrospective analyzed. Results:Seven patients with primary gastro-intestinal lymphoma,4 cases of gastric lesions,CT showed limited or diffuse gastric wall thickening,enhanced scan,“mucosal white line”sign,three cases of gastric serosa smooth,1 cases of violations of serosa,rough edges;intestinal two cases,one case in which the jejunum,ileum one case,one case of colon. Intestinal lymphoma circular or irregular thickening of the intestinal wall is characterized by aneurysmal dilatation common,rarely ileus. Conclusion:Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma CT has cer-tain characteristics,limitations or diffuse gastrointestinal wall thickening,scan density,enhanced scan mild to moderate homoge-neous enhancement,a typical example of the white line visible mucosal signs,arterial aneurysm and other gastrointestinal lym-phoma has some diagnostic value.
