The observation on the effect of Simo decoction combined with Jinshuangqi for functional dyspepsia in children

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Simotang oral liquid combined with Jinshuangqi,treatment of chil-dren with functional dyspepsia observe the effect of Simo decoction combined with clinical effect,safety of Jinshuangqi in trea-ting children with functional dyspepsia and the relapse rate after stopping. Methods:The clinical diagnosis for 92 cases of func-tional dyspepsia in children divided into treatment group of 52 cases,with Simotang oral liquid combined with Jinshuangqi oral-ly for 2 weeks,the control group of 40 patients with pepsin granules orally for 2 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children before and after treatment,adverse effects were observed during the treatment,1 months after the end of treatment of two groups of children with recurrent rate statistics. Results:The end of the treatment group after treatment improved appetite, food intake increased significantly better than the control group,the effective rate of treatment group 78. 8% ,the control group was 57. 5% ,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05),during the two groups were no obvious adverse reaction of treatment,The end of 1 months after treatment the treatment group of 8 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate is 19. 5% ,the control group of 11 cases of recur-rence,the recurrence rate is 47. 8% ,there was significant difference between two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Simotang o-ral liquid combined with Jinshuangqi in treating children with functional dyspepsia fast effect,good curative effect,safety,no toxic side effect,the low recurrence rate of symptoms improved.
