Abstract:Objective:To explore effective diagnostic methods and clinical value of bone metastases tumor. Methods:From February in 2013 to September in 2014,the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 304 cases were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were given X - ray and radionuclide imaging(ECT)inspection, and patients were treated by 89 SrCl2 . Results:Early check of bone metastatic tumor, the positive rate of radionuclide imaging examination was significantly higher than X - rays. Af-ter the use of 89 SrCl2 for 300 cases with bone metastases tumor were treated, the effective rate of with bone metastases tumor is 30. 56% ,bone pain relief was 75% . Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of bone metastases tumor, the application of radionu-clide scintigraphy way for patients has higher diagnosed positive rate,it is an ideal diagnostic mode;using 89 SrCl2 for patients with bone metastases tumor can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patient, improved therapeutic effect.
