The application of MeroGel for dacryocystitis under endonasal endoscope

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinic treatment effectiveness of MeroGel for dacryocystitis under endonasal endo-scope. Methods:Eighteen patients were accepted MeroGel for dacryocystitis under endonasal endoscope. Results:Followed up from 6 months to 1 year,16 cases were cured,2 cases were cured after second surgery due to the obstructon of lacrimal duct fis-tula. Conclusion:Endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy using MeroGel is an effective method in treating dacryocystitis.
