Abstract：Objective:To discuss the method of quality control circle(QCC)activities in improving the quality of nurses on temperature records drawing. Methods:Setting up the QCC team to related training nurses,strengthen the management of de-partments,formulate standard input process,strengthen the education of nurses,and to jointly optimize system with information centre,etc. Results:The implementation of QCC activities enhanced the correct rate of nurse drawing electronic temperature re-cords(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:QCC activities can help nurses to improve a normative on drawing electronic temperature re-cords.
