Abstract：Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of the determination of procalcitionin(PCT)and C - reactive pro-tein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC)for clinical infection diseses. Methods:From October 2013 to May 2015,312 cases of bac-terial infectious diseases were collected,188 cases of viral infectious diseases,and 300 healthypersons,PCT,CRP,WBC of them were respectively detected. Results:PCT,CRP,WBC in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than the viral in-fection group and the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The determina-tion of PCT,CRP,WBC for bacterial infection can provide reference frame for clinical early and accurate diagnosis,effective and reasonable treatment as soon as possible to obtain a good prognosis.
