Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of application of oxycodone hydrochloride injection combined with propofol and sufentanil combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy. Methods:Eighty cases of painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into two groups:oxycodone hydrochloride injection combined with propofol group(group O)and sufen-tanil combined with propofol group(group S). The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2 ),the number of patients of body movement and operation process, inhibition of respiration and postoperative nausea and vomiting incidence were recorded at each time points. Results:The various vital signs of group O in each time point during the inspection were more smoothly, body movement were much less than group S. Conclusion:By use of oxycodone hydrochloride injection combined with propofol anesthesia for painless colonoscopy is a kind of safe and less side effects method which has small impact on circulation and respiration.
