Baofukang suppository on the expression level of IL - 10 in patients with candida vaginitis vaginal secretions

Abstract：Objective:To explore influence of baofukang suppository on interleukin - 10(IL - 10)expression in vaginal se-cretion of candidal vaginitis patients,to discuss baofukang suppository mechanism for the treatment of candida vaginitis. Meth-ods:Thirty normal persons were chosen as control group,sixty candidal vaginitis patients were randomly divided into baofukang treatment group and dakening treatment group. Before and after the treatment,expression of IL - 10 in each group was com-pared. Results:There were significant differences in the IL - 10 expression in the vaginal secretion among the candidal vaginitis patients and control group(P < 0. 01). After the treatment,there were statistical differences in the results between baofukang treatment group and dakening treatment group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:Baofukang suppository could change the expression lev-els of IL - 10 in the vaginal secretion among the candidal vaginitis patients. The action mechanism may be local immune regu-lation.
