Clinical evaluation of collaborative care intervention for mesalazine in treatment of colitis

Abstract:Objective:To explore value of collaborative care intervention for mesalazine in treatment of colitis. Methods:One hundred cases of colitis patients as the object of this study,all patients were treated with mesalazine,according to the time of admission were randomly divided into two groups,control groups,50 patients in the control group received routine care,ob-servation group received collaborative care intervention. To observe the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction rate. Results:The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were 94. 0% ,98. 0% ,higher than the control group (76. 0% ,74. 0% ),there was significient difference(P < 0. 05). The number of escherichia coli was observed,the observation group was significantly reduced,compared with before treatment changed significantly(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Colitis patients under the treatment of mesalazine,should be given to collaborative care intervention,be propitious to control the development of the disease,improve care and satisfaction.
