Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical feature and prognosis of 6 cases with pulmonary leiomyosarcoma combined with literature. Methods:To analyze retrospective clinical data of 6 cases of pulmonary leiomyosarcoma and review of the litera-ture. Results:The main symptoms were cough,sputum,chest pain in 6 patients,mass,mediastinal or hilar lymph node enlarge-ment and other changes was often found in CT scan of the lungs,enhanced scan showed inhomogeneous enhancement;pathology with immunohistochemistry diagnosis;operation treatment in 5 cases,1 case used radiotherapy. Conclusion:The incidence of pulmonary leiomyosarcoma,fiberoptic bronchoscopy and percutaneous lung puncture biopsy can confirm the diagnosis,treatment based on operation,and combined with radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other comprehensive treatment.
