The clinical observation of the experiment about Fufanghuanglian Cream's curative effect in archo-syrinx surgery

Abstract：Objective:To research the Fufanghuanglian Cream's curative effect in the wound healing after the operation of archosyrinx surgery. To provide scientific evidence for the apply of Fuffanghuanglian Cream for treating archosyrinx surgery. Methods:Randomly divide 60 archosyrinx surgery patients into the experimental group and the control group with 30 patients each group. After the surgery change the topical application of drug everytime after stool. Experimental group were given to the Fufanghuanglian Cream. Control group were given to the Vaseline gauze. Mote down the earliest time when the new epithelium appears,the wound healing time and the situation of granulation at the 3rd day,the 7th day and the 14th day. Mote down the compositive clinical effect on the 21st day. Results:For the treatment of the new epithelia about the earliest appearing time,the wound healing days,the color and lustre points of the wound granulation state and the clinical curative effect after the suegery, the treatment group is better than control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of Fufanghuanglian Cream to promote archo-syrinc surgery healing after the surgery is remarkable.
