Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application value of small incision renal lens lithotripsy in patients with extremely o-besity. Methods:All 162 cases of extremely obesity kidney stones were selected as the research object, and were randomly di-vided into control group and treatment group with 81 cases in each group, according to the digital table method. The control group was treated with percutaneous renal lens, the treatment group with small incision assisted percutaneous renal lithotripsy, the stone removal rate and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The mean operation time, mean intraoperative blood loss and complication rate in treatment group were significantly less than the control group, treatment group operation tolerance and the stone clearance rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Small incision assisted renal lithotripsy lithotripsy for the treatment of extremely obesity kidney stones, high safety, good treatment, less adverse reactions.
