The influences of combination of chinese and western medicine continuing nursing care to self - man-agement ability and quality of life adaptation of qixu habitude IgA nephrosis patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influences of combination of Chinese and Western medicine continuing nursing care to self - management ability and quality of life adaptation of qixu habitude IgA nephrosis patients. Methods:All 126 qixu habi-tude IgA nephrosis patients were confirmed constitution of qixu habitude IgA nephrosis patients which were split into 2 groups randomly,63 cases in each group. The control group was done with general follow - up mode. The experimental group was done with combination of Chinese and Western medicine continuing nursing care and the treatment lasted for 12 months. Effects e-valuation was made after 12 months with self - management instrument(PIH)and health survey(SF - 36). Results:For self -management ability comparison,there were statistically significant differences in two groups(P < 0. 01). For quality of life, there were statistically differences in two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Combination of Chinese and Western medicine contin-uing nursing care is very helpful to improve self - management ability and quality of life adaptation of qixu habitude IgA ne-phrosis patients.
