Abstract:Objective:To study the value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in the diagnosis of mild brain damage micro hemorrhage in children. Methods:Thirty - six children with light mild traumatic brain injury were selected. They received conventional MRI and SWI examination, the number, location, size and signal feature of intracranial hemorrhagic focus were ob-served in two methods. Results:In 36 cases,10 cases were positive by conventional MRI examination,19 hemorrhagic focus,17 cases were positive by conwentional MRI,63 hemorrhagic focus.
