Curative effect of moyamoya disease between surgery therapy and conservative treatment:a Meta a-nalysis

Abstract：Objective:To compare the curative effect between surgery therapy and conservative treatment on patients with moyamoya disease. Methods:Computer retrieval Chinese and foreign database,including in all the randomized controlled trial between surgical treatment and conservative treatment of moyamoya disease,Revman 5. 0 software completing a Meta analysis of the operation indicators. Results:Nine references were included in the Meta analysis,3 articles in English and 7 articles in Chi-nese,a total of 527 patients. Meta analysis results showed that the incidence of re - bleeding and re - ischemic,surgical group is lower than the conservative group. In the aspect of clinical symptoms improved,the surgical group is higher than that of the conservative group. In terms of mortality,there was no statistically significant difference in the surgical and conservative group. Conclution:The prognosis of surgical treatment for patients with moyamoya disease is superior to conservative treatment.
