Abstract:Objective:Tosummarythenursingexperienceforpatientswithovarianhyperstimulationsyndrome(OHSS). Methods:Thirty-one patients undergoing in vitro fertilization who were hospitalized for moderate and severe OHSS from 2013 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Twenty-four patients were treated with whole embryo freezing and frozen-thawed embryo transfer. The pregnancy rate reached 70. 8%. Conclusion:High risk factors for OHSS patients with good psycho-logical care and whole embryo freezing can reduce the harm to patients and the cost of treatment expenditures,get well out of danger and a good pregnancy outcomes.
