The study on continous blood purification for the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin burn pa-tients

Abstract：Objective:Toinvestigatethecontinousbloodpurificationforlevelsofinterleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α)in burn patients with continous blood purification. Methods:Eighteen severe pa-tients with large burn area undergoing continuous blood purification( CBP)were included in this study,and to observative the levels of white blood cells,procalcitonin,creatnine,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αbefore CBP,and at 12 h,24 h,36 h,48 h,96 h dur-ing CBP. Results:All the indicators were significantly increased at the time of admission,the number of white blood cell in pe-ripheral bood,PCT,creatinine were reached the minimum value after treatment with 36 h,and IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α levels were reached the minimum value with 48 h. Conclusion:Continous blood purification could eliminate inflammation factors effec-tively,decrease neutrophil counts in peripheral blood,and reduce the death.
