Abstract:Objective:Toexplorethediagnosticvalueofsinglephotonemissioncomputedtomography(SPECT)andCT in bone metastasis of breast cancer. Methods:Did a retrospective analysis for 68 patients with bone metastasis, and 216 spinal bone metastases in order to combine with CT easily. To testify whether the differences of SPECT,CT and SPECT+CT were sta-tistically significant. Results:The positive value of SPECT,CT and SPECT+CT were 194(89. 81%),178(82. 40%)and 201 (93. 05%)respectively,showing significant differences by statistics(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:SPECT was superior to CT,as well as PECT+CT were superior to SPECT and CT alone in diagnostic value of breast cancer with spinal bone metastasis.
