Abstract：Objective:Tointroducemakingmethodofserouscavityeffusioncellblock,anddiscusstheapplicationvalue. Methods:After conventional make specimens of serous cavity effusion cytology smear,specimens of the remaining 4 ℃ block and let stand for the night after making cell microscopy diagnosis,compare the two diagnostic positive rate. Results:Compared with direct smear method,using the method of cell block detection rate and positive rate is higher. Conclusion:By the method of cell blocks,serous cavity effusion cytology test has higher application value.
