The perioperative nursing and cooperation for aortic dissection aneurysm patients in intervention

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing and cooperation for aortic dissection aneurysm patients in intervention. Methods:Forty cases patients were collected to doing covered stent implantation with aortic dissection aneu-rysms,according to the order of patients in hospital they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Con-trol group carried out regular basis nursing,intervention group implemented nursing intervention on the basis of control group. Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation were simultaneously processed. It was compared of two groups of visual analogue scale( VAS)pain score,satisfaction of patients,postoperative follow-up reslts. Results:VAS pain score,pa-tient satisfaction were compared in two groups. They had statistically significance(P<0. 05). Postoperative follow-up results had no difference(P>0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of reasonable nursing intervention and surgery to cooperate in patients with aortic dissection aneurysm of covered stents can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve patient's satisfac-tion,reduce the complications.
