The contrastive analysis of the effect of omeprazole and cimetidine for stress gastric ulcer

Abstract：Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of omeprazole and cimetidine for stress gastric ulcer.Methods:From September 2011 to August 2011,110 cases with stress gastric ulcer were treated in digestion medicine,they were random-ly divided into control group and study group,55 cases in each group,all patients accepted conventional treatment,the control group were treated by cimetidine,the study group were treated by omeprazole,the clinical effect was compared. Results:The bleeding time of study group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The total effective rate of study group was 94. 5%,the total effective rate of control group was 80. 0%,study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0. 05). The gastric juice in study group was higher than control group,the serum gastrin in study group lower than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of was omeprazole and cimetidine for stress gas-tric ulcer is better,can provide guidance for clinical research.
