The observation on action and adverse reaction of Xinhuosu for acute left heart failure

Abstract：Objective:To compare the curative effect and adverse reaction of Xinhuosu and sodium nitroprusside for acute left heart failure. Methods:Sixty - two patients hospitalized with acute left heart failure was selected and divided into observa-tion group and control group. While conventional treatment were given Xinhuosu and sodium nitroprusside,to compare curative effect and adverse reaction of the two drugs. Results:The curative effect of observation group higher than control group. The ad-verse reaction of two group has no significant difference. Conclusion:Xinhuosu is a safe and effective drμg for acute left heart failure.
