The investigation on the effect of naloxone and xingnaojing for severe acute alcoholism

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of naloxone and xingnaojing for severe acute alcoholism. Methods:Nighty - two cases with severe acute alcoholism were divided to observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to the different treatment methods,patients in the control group received xingnaojing,patients in observation group received xingnao-jing and naloxone. To Compare and analysis the clinical treatment situation. Results:The time of regain consciousness,drug on-set,symptoms improved,recovery time in observation group is shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P < 0. 05);the incidence of complications in observation group than control group,the difference there was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of naloxone and xingnaojing for severe acute alcoholism more significant than xingnaojing,fast effect,significantly shorten the duration of symptoms,but adverse reactions is low,security is high.
