Abstract：Objective:search for the subtitute of frozen section OCT embedding medium,and verify its practicability and feasibility. Methods:In the process of making frozen section,using common glue to substitute OCT embedding medium to embed and fixed organization. The effect of frozen section was compared between ordinary glue and OCT embedding medium. Results:There is no difference between common glue and OCT embedding medium to embed and fix frozen section,conform to the re-quirements of the pathological diagnosis. Conclusion:Intraoperative frozen section diagnosis is a very demanding rapid diagnos-tic programs,need high quality frozen section as guarantee. For a long time,the embedding medium is OCT embedding medi-um,but its price is relatively expensive,we use ordinary glue as an alternative,has a very high cost performance,can be used in the daily frozen section.
