The applied analysis of puncture injection lauromacrogol and sclerotherapy with ultrasound guiding for cyst of kidney

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of puncture injection lauromacrogol and sclerotherapy with ultra-sound guiding for cyst of kidney,and to sum up the experience. To improve the therapeutic effect and application value the for cyst of kidney. Methods:Through ultrasound guiding,106 cases(137pieces)were treated by sclerotherapy using lauromacrogol.Results:In all 106 cases with cyst of kidney,89 cases(103 pieces)were cured only once. 13 cases(27 pieces)were cured by two times. 2 cases(4 pieces)were cured by three times. 2 cases(3 pieces)refused to do the third times treatment,but their cysts became little than before. Conclusion:Using lauromacrogol to cure cyst of kidney is safety and effective,and it could be repeatedly.
