Comment on unreasonable prescriptions in the out-patient department

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the unreasonable prescriptions in the out—patient department,and promote the rational use of drugs. Methods:Fifty—five unreasonable prescriptions selected randomly from July 2012 to June 2014 were analyzed carefully and classified. Results:The unreasonable use of durgs mainly included incompatibility or interaction,inappropriate in-dication,incorrect drug selected,inappropriate dosage form or route of administration,incorrect dosage or usage of drugs,incor-rect durg combination,repeated durg use,et al. Conclusion:Comment of the prescriptions is an important way to know the clini-cal drug use. Regular prescription comment,analysis and timely intervention can promote the rational use of drugs.
