Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of miconazole on pregnancy recurrent vaginal candidisease. Methods:80 cases with pregnancy recurrent vaginal candidiasis,from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital,were ran-domly divided into control group(40 cases)administrated with clotrimazole and observation group(40 cases)with clotrimazole+ miconazole. The total efficiency,the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results:The total efficiency of mild symptoms in observation group(100. 0% )was significantly increased than that in control group(84. 0% )(P ﹤ 0. 05). Similar results were found in severe symptoms between observation group(93. 3% ) and control group(80. 0% )(P ﹤ 0. 05). Clinical itching,abnormal vaginal discharge,and vaginal mucosa congestion scores of observation group were(0. 33 ± 0. 05)point,(0. 51 ± 0. 07)point,and(0. 35 ± 0. 04)point,which were significantly lower than the control group[(1. 22 ± 0. 17)point(1. 46 ± 0. 23)points,(1. 17 ± 0. 21)point],respectively,(P ﹤ 0. 05). Howev-er,no significant difference between groups was found in adverse reaction rate(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion:Miconazole can effec-tively treat pregnancy recurrent vaginal candidiasis,with good effective,high safe,and less adverse reaction,worthy of promo-tion.
