Nursing experience of hypophysoma resection by neuroendoscopy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the neural experience of hypophysoMa resection using single nostril - sphenoid sinus approach by neuroendoscopy. Methods:40 patients with hypophysoMa were perforMed hypophysoMa resection using single nos-tril - sphenoid sinus approach by neuroendoscopy. Nursing staff conducted a coMprehensive nursing intervention to postopera-tive,and then the data were analyzed. Results:patients recovered well,except 5 cases of patients with postoperative coMplica-tions. 12 ~ 24 Months follow - up study found that all the patients had good prognosis without coMplications. Conclusion:Nurs-ing,especially nursing of coMplications,plays a critical role in the soon recovery of patients after hypophysoMa resection using single nostril - sphenoid sinus approach by neuroendoscopy.
