Abstract:Objective:ToinvestigatetheexpressionofIL-17andCXCL10inpatientswithtype1diabetesMellitusand its clinical significance. Methods:Double antibody sandwich enzyMe-linked iMMunosorbent assay( ELISA),was used to de-tect the expression levels of IL-17 and CXCL10 in seruM of 30 patients with type 1 diabetes and 20 cases of healthy children ( control group). Results:The expression levels of IL-17 and CXCL10 in seruM in patients with type 1 diabetes were signifi-cantly higher than those in norMal control group, the difference has statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:In patients with type 1 diabetes, the expression levels'increase of IL-17 and CXCL10 in seruM May contribute to the occurrence of islet inflaMMation and type 1 diabetes.
