Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical value of detecting the seruM levels of CEA,CA125,HE4 and CA724 for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer patients. Methods:SeruM CEA,CA125,HE4 and CA724 were detected by enzyMe - linked iMMunosorbent assay in subjects, including 45 healthy subjects,45 patients with ovarian cancer and 45 cases of ovarian benign disease patients. Results:CoMpared with the seruM levels of CEA,CA125,HE4 and CA724 in healthy subjects and patients with benign ovarian, that was higher in patients with ovarian cancer. There was significant difference between group,P ﹤ 0. 05. However,no significant difference in seruM levels of CEA,CA125,HE4 and CA724 were detected between healthy subjects and patients with ovarian benign lesions,P ﹥ 0. 05. Conclusion:The joint detection of CEA,CA125,HE4 and CA724 play an iM-portant role in the early diagnosis of patients with ovarian cancer. can increase the detection rate of early ovarian cancer,suit-able for clinical use.
