Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection in various types of gastric patho-logical tissue and the expression of Cox - 2 and TiaMl by analyzing the different types of gastric pathological tissue infected by H. pylori and the exprssion levels of cyclooxygenase 2 and T lyMphoMa invasion and Metastasis factor. Methods:90 cases of gastric cancer patients with different pathological types were considered as expriMental group,22 cases of norMal patients as control group. HE staining and exprssion level of anti - Hp IgG detected by Hp latex agglutination test were used to analyze Hp infection. Situ polyMerase chain reaction Method(PCR)technology and iMMunohistocheMistry were perforMed to detect the protein expression of Cox - 2 and TiaMl. Multiple linear regression analysis evaluated the relationship between Hp and Cox - 2. Results:With the increase of Hp antibody concentration, the protein expression levels of Cox - 2 and TiMal were trend of in-crease in nidus organization, which had a positive correlation. Conclusion:There is a positive relationship between Hpinfection and the expression levels of Cox - 2 and TiMal protein. Analyzing the levels of Hp seruM antibody,Cox - 2 and TiMal May pro-vide an iMportant reference for the diagnosis of gastric cancer in clinical.
