A comparative analysis of the characteristics of psychological capital in systemic lupus erythematosus patients and healthy people

Abstract：Objective:To explore the positive psychological capital in systeMic lupus erytheMatosus patients. Methods:One hundred and twenty SLE patients and one hundred and ninteen norMal healthy people were assessed by psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ). Independant saMple t test was used to analyze the data. Results:CoMpared with the control group,the SLE patients had lower hope(28. 15 ± 5. 84 vs 36. 39 ± 4. 68),optiMisM(22. 55 ± 5. 20 vs 32. 89 ± 5. 45),resilience(23. 20 ± 5. 58 vs34. 53 ± 3. 51),self - efficacy(22. 71 ± 5. 28vs32. 05 ± 4. 70),and there was significient difference(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The psycholoogical capital of SLE patients is significant lower than the norMal people,the result gives a hint:that inprMove the psychological capital could be a new way to inhance the Mental health of SLE patients.
