Primary plasma cell leukemia:report of 1 cases and review of the literature

Abstract:Objective:To review the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the primary plasma cell leukemia(ppCL). Methods:One case report of primary plasma cell leukemia cases and review of the literature. Results:prima-ry plasma cell leukemia is clinical rarely,onset time,large,and abnormal plasma cells in the peripheral blood,some organs and tissues are also widely infiltration. In the clinical symptoms of anemia,hemorrhage,fever,pain and other symptoms. Conclusion:At present,there are a variety of clinical treatment of primary plasma cells,mainly according to the treatment of acute leukemia and in accordance with the scheme of multiple myeloma treatment scheme,or the first two scheme of comprehensive treatment scheme,but the effect is not very ideal,the prognosis is poor.
